Word Chase

Word Chase is a fast-paced word puzzle driving game created for the Puzzle Sobbing game jam.

A word appears at the top of the screen. Your mission? Drive forward and crash into the correct next letter to spell it. Choose wrong — and things fall apart.

This is not a calm spelling test.
This is wordplay at high speed.

Gameplay

• A target word is shown at the top.

• Letters appear in the road ahead.

• You must steer and crash into the correct next letter in order.

• Hitting the wrong letter causes penalties, instability, or damage.

• The longer the word, the harder the challenge.

As you progress:

• The car speeds up.

• Letters appear closer together.

• Obstacles increase pressure.

• Mistakes become more costly.

The puzzle is no longer safe and quiet — it’s happening at full speed.
